To enhance the ecological value of the private land at Fung Yuen.

To manage the private land of Fung Yuen Valley Site of Special Scientific Interest.

To monitor ecological environment of Fung Yuen and adjacent area.

To promote education of ecological and rural culture conservation.

Use Fung Yuen Village as a demonstration of environmental village, it aims to enhance the interrelationship of the local economy, the community and the environment in order to achieve the conservation objectives.

To promote environmental lifestyle, for example, waste reduction, recycling and renewable energy.

To coordinate with the Hong Kong Government’s environmental policies and measures.
